What are your taking away that would make a difference? The entire course was extremely useful for me as I am just starting my coaching practice. The outline on fundamentals of business is a good foundation. What I appreciated the most about the course are the experiences that my classmates brought and most especially Jennifer’s facilitation and experience. She added value and depth to what could otherwise be a plain business start up course.
Jennifer pushed us to think differently about a lot of things, was supportively challenging and so very generous. I especially like the way Jennifer calls out “presence” items that create a shift in the way we normally think about basic stuff like: “Stand in the Solution and not the Problem”; “I have a choice to design my support team even if I am now a sole proprietor;” . “You are always accountable until you are not”…and so many more.. I took lots of notes, lots to reflect upon. Thank you Jennifer, great class.
